PHOEBE: Good morning, Pure Nature Laundry. Phoebe speaking. How can I help you today?
RAYMOND: Hi there. I’d like to arrange a pick-up. I’ve heard your cleaning methods are very environmentally friendly.
PHOEBE: Yes, that’s right. We use plant-based soaps and low-energy machines. To start, could I take your name, please?
RAYMOND: Sure, it’s Raymond Garrison.
PHOEBE: Is that G-A-R-R-I-S-O-N?
RAYMOND: Yes, that’s correct.
PHOEBE: Great. And what is the collection address?
RAYMOND: It’s number 42, Riverton Road.
PHOEBE: Let me just write that down. Is it Riverton spelled R-I-V-E-R-T-O-N?
RAYMOND: That’s right. In the North End district.
PHOEBE: Excellent. Now, what items do you need us to wash?
RAYMOND: Well, it’s mostly regular clothes, but I also have a heavy blanket that needs special attention. It’s quite delicate.
