Part 1: You will hear a customer calling a home supplies company to order a rain barrel and arrange delivery.

AGENT: Good afternoon, GreenHomes Supplies. My name is Sarah. How can I help you today?

CUSTOMER: Hi. I am calling about ordering one of the rain barrels from the city water-saving scheme. I heard about it from a neighbour.

AGENT: It is certainly very popular right now. I can help you place that order. First, I need to take down some basic details to register you on the system. Can I start with your full name, please?

CUSTOMER: Yes, of course. My name is Daniel Rivera.

AGENT: Thank you, Daniel. And could you give me your delivery address?

CUSTOMER: Sure. It is Flat 12, Maple House, on Kingfisher Road.

AGENT: Let me write that down carefully. Flat 12, Maple House. Could you spell the name of the house? Is that M-A-P-L-E?

CUSTOMER: Yes, that is correct, Maple.

AGENT: Lovely. And for the street, you said Kingfisher Road. Could you spell the first word for me? Is that K-I-N-G-F-I-S-H-E-R?

CUSTOMER: Yes, that is right. And it is Road, not Street or Avenue. We have had issues with deliveries before.

AGENT: Great. Now, what is the exact postcode for that area?

CUSTOMER: It is W7 3PN.

AGENT: W7 3PN. Perfect. Now, moving on to the actual product. We have two sizes available through the scheme: 200 litres, or a larger 300-litre version. Which one would you prefer?

CUSTOMER: I have quite a large garden, so the 300-litre one, please.

AGENT: Fine choice. And they come in two colours, green or black.

CUSTOMER: I think black would blend in better, if possible.

AGENT: Black it is. No problem. Now, each barrel automatically includes the basic connector kit for attaching it securely to your downpipe. Do you need to add anything else, such as a raised stand?

CUSTOMER: No, I have bricks for a base, so what is included is fine.

AGENT: Great, so that is one connector kit included. Let us arrange the delivery next. We deliver to your area on Thursdays. Does that suit you?

CUSTOMER: Yes, Thursday works perfectly as I work from home.

AGENT: The driver will arrive sometime between 9 and 1. Is that time slot okay for you?

CUSTOMER: Yes, that is fine. I will be around all morning.

AGENT: Excellent. Let us go over the payment. The scheme price for the 300-litre barrel is forty-five pounds. The delivery fee is eight pounds, so the total is exactly fifty-three pounds.

CUSTOMER: OK, fifty-three pounds. That is very reasonable.
